Vitaly Vaysberg

Vitaly Vaysberg currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Engineering Technology department at Elgin Community College, focusing on Engineering Math and Manufacturing classes. Since September 2021, Vitaly has held dual roles as a Project Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Charter Dura-Bar. Previous experience includes positions as a Defense Process Engineer and Process Engineer at Scot Forge from December 2019 to October 2021, and as a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Warrender Limited from March 2017 to April 2020. Additionally, Vitaly was a CNC Process Supervisor for Hinge Operations at IEM - Independent Eyewear Manufacturing between March 2015 and April 2017. Vitaly holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Southern Illinois University, a degree in Communication from Illinois State University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from the College of Lake County, along with a Lean Six Sigma Certification in Quality from Southern Illinois University.
