Ila Tandon

Ila Tandon is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Charter Global since October 2022. Tandon previously held the position of Technical Recruitment Consultant at ArCent Global HR from August 2014 to March 2016 and Assistant Manager-Recruitment/Account Manager at Lecan Solutions from December 2004 to July 2010, where expertise in managing the full recruitment life-cycle was demonstrated.
