Rachel O'Shea

Development Manager at Charter Hall

Rachel O'Shea has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career as a Project Officer and later worked as a Landholder Contracts Officer at Santos Ltd from November 2012 to April 2014.

In April 2014, Rachel joined Charter Hall where they served as a Regional Administration Manager for Queensland until January 2017. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Assistant Development Manager from January 2017 to April 2021.

Currently, Rachel is working as a Development Manager at Charter Hall. In this role, they have successfully completed projects such as 900 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, and is currently involved in multiple ongoing projects, including 11 Breakfast Creek Road, Newstead, 360-380 Queen Street, Brisbane, 60 Queen Street, Brisbane, 343 Albert Street, Brisbane, and 309 North Quay, Brisbane.

In addition, Rachel has served as a Committee Member on the Future Directions Committee at the Property Council of Australia since January 2019.

Rachel O'Shea completed their education history with a Bachelor of Urban Development in Property Economics & Town Planning from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Lourdes Hill College from 2003 to 2007.
