Joel Herrera

Joel Herrera has a diverse work experience starting in 1992 as a Respiratory Therapist in the US Navy, where they had high-level responsibilities in Neonatal and Adult Intensive Care Units. Joel transitioned to a Region Manager at Rotech in 2000, where they managed sales, operations, and clinical aspects for multiple locations. Following this role, Joel held positions at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice and Kindred Healthcare before becoming the Vice President of Business Development at Kindred at Home in 2018. Currently, they serve as the Chief Growth Officer at Charter Healthcare.
