John Hines

John Hines, MA, M.Ed. has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. John started their career as a First Sergeant in the US Army, overseeing training programs and managing personnel. Following that, they have held roles such as Course Operations Manager, Instructional Systems Designer, and Consultant in various organizations. Their experience includes developing curriculum, creating training content, conducting gap analysis, and leading global teams. John has also worked as the Manager of Education at AACE International and as the Head of Learning and Training at Footprint, where they collaborated with senior leadership to develop strategic learning initiatives. Most recently, John served as the Director of Learning and Development at Charter Healthcare, focusing on enhancing employee learning and development within the organization.

John Hines holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University. John also obtained certifications in ATD Master Trainer and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Instructor programs.
