Daniel Shalala

Daniel Shalala is an experienced architectural illustrator currently working at Charter Homes & Neighborhoods since September 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a character artist at Drexel University, where independent work included creating a 3D fit model and period-accurate shoes using Autodesk Maya and Substance Painter. Previous experience as a 3D technical designer at Urban Outfitters involved creating and animating avatars for virtual fittings, alongside retexturing and developing a library of poses. Additionally, Daniel worked as a production assistant at Brooklyn Digital Foundry, focusing on the maintenance of 3D and 2D assets for projects. Daniel's early career included positions in sales at Barnes & Noble, Inc. and Weis Markets. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Digital Arts from Drexel University, completed in 2019.
