Rick Eagen

Rick Eagen is an experienced Middleware Infrastructure Engineer currently at Charter Manufacturing since August 2020. Previously, Rick held the position of IT Leader for Global Integration at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, managing middleware development activities and leading teams to build interfaces for various projects. Rick's early career includes roles at Trane as a Middleware Developer and at Best Power as Director of IT, where responsibilities encompassed directing IT functions and managing both team performance and network infrastructure planning. Rick's foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Niall Enterprises laid the groundwork for a strong technical background, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
