Stephanie Boerboom

Stephanie Boerboom serves as the Corporate Supply Chain Manager at Charter Next Generation, with a tenure at the company spanning from May 2019 to the present, and a key member of the management team since 2005. Throughout her career at Charter, Stephanie has held various roles that expanded in scope as the company transformed from a small, privately held business into a multi-site, private-equity funded organization. Prior to her current role, Boerboom was the Corporate Purchasing & Logistics Manager at Charter Nex Films Inc. from December 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing a $65MM resin portfolio and leading cross-plant procurement efforts. Boerboom holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management from North Dakota State University and is recognized for accomplishments such as consolidating shipping and receiving activities across multiple plants to enhance efficiency and synergy.
