Tom Morell

Tom Morell has a strong background in plant management and operations. Tom served as the Director of Operations at Charter Next Generation from August 2022 to present. Prior to that, they held the position of Plant Manager at Next Generation Films Inc from October 2019 to August 2022. Before joining Charter Next Generation, Tom was the Plant Manager at Skybox Packaging, LLC from April 2018 to October 2019. Tom also has extensive experience in plant management at Stoneridge, Inc., Electronics & Control Devices, where they worked from January 1986 to April 2018.

Tom Morell graduated from Youngstown State University in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality in 2006, a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from the same institution in 2003, and a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 and AIAG TS 16949 from RABQSA.
