Toneea Baker

Toneea Baker is a seasoned professional with a strong background in human resources, marketing, and public relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Marketing Manager and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Charter Oak Health Center, Inc. since October 2023, Toneea has also freelanced as a stylist with T.S.B. Relations since March 2022. With experience as an Account Executive at Edelman and as an Academic and Career Advisor at Goodwin University, Toneea has developed a diverse skill set in communication and client relations. Additional roles include Marketing and Public Relations Assistant for the Washington Football Team, Public Relations Intern at the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, and Public Relations Mentee for the Chris Baker Foundation. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Morgan State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Goodwin University.
