Dilenia Ortega

Dilenia Ortega is an experienced Operations Manager at Charter Oak Financial, responsible for driving business growth and delivering value to clients since January 2019. Previously, Dilenia served in Talent Acquisition at New York Life Insurance Company from 2008 to 2019, conducting numerous interviews to secure key talent and facilitating communication between sales and underwriting. Dilenia also worked as a Case Analyst Specialist at Weitz & Luxenberg from 2006 to 2008, where responsibilities included data entry for legal cases and conducting research to assess case viability. Dilenia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Global Business Institute and has pursued further education at John Jay College.
