Lauren Evancho has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director at Charter One since January 2018. In addition, Lauren has been working as an HR Generalist at American Leadership Academy since August 2013, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in both roles.
