Arlacia has volunteered on several parent committees and is passionate about championing the development of children and individuals with disabilities. Arlacia holds a B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University in Organizational Leadership. While traveling gives her joy, she also relishes watching movies with her family and experimenting on them with her latest recipe find in their home just outside Philadelphia, PA.
