Georgia Coward

Assistant Facilities Manager at Charter School Capital, Inc.

Georgia’s experience in Commercial Real Estate spans over 20 years. Her passions in Commerical Real Estate are numerous, but she particularly enjoys the very physical/tangible nature of buildings, working with a wide variety of tenants, helping them with their concerns, and building a genuine, trusting relationship with them.

An alumnus of the University of Southern California, she studied International Relations. A favorite memory of her time there is spending hours and hours in the “stacks” at Doheny Library. She would dream of reading every one of the 500,000 books in the library. She still wishes that!

Currently, Georgia works with the Asset Management team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. The main focus areas are tenant property taxes and insurance – ensuring that correct documentation is collected and timely payments.

Outside of the office, Georgia loves science and has an extensive and growing library on the subject. She was never particularly interested in science until one great teacher opened her eyes, and her world changed forever. The power of one teacher to change lives can’t be overstated!
