Isabella Marenco's work experience is as follows:

- From February 2022 to present, they have been working as a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Charter School Capital. Prior to that, from February 2021 to February 2022, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at the same company.

- From January 2017 to January 2021, Isabella worked at Portland State University as an Admissions Telecounselor. In May 2019 to December 2020, they also served as an FRINQ Mentor, where they mentored incoming freshmen, organized events, and built connections with students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, from March 2017 to June 2018, they worked as an SMSU Event Coordinator at the university.
