Katie Patterson

Katie Patterson currently serves as the Director of Learning & Community for the Impact Team at Charter School Growth Fund, a position held since October 2022. In this role, Katie utilizes extensive experience as a school and system leader to enhance programming that promotes connections and drives improvement. Prior to joining Charter School Growth Fund, Katie served as Vice President of Schools at IDEA Public Schools from July 2018 to June 2022. Katie's previous roles at New Schools for New Orleans from 2013 to June 2018 included Senior Managing Director of Instructional Quality, Managing Director of School Support, and Director of Common Core Strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution, along with a Certificant in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University.
