Katie (May) Beach is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Vice President of People Operations at Nebraska Medicine, Katie has held various leadership roles, including Director and Manager of HR Business Partners, as well as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Valmont Industries. Prior to that, Katie was the Director of Recruiting at NMC, Inc. and Manager of Qualified Recruiting at Werner Enterprises. An alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Katie earned a BS in Mass Communication, Advertising, and Public Relations.
