Benjamin Holmes is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Valparaiso University. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Technology Systems Engineer at Charter Steel since August 2022, Benjamin specializes in software application development for manufacturing systems across various steelmaking facilities, focusing on both new development and the support of existing applications. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc from June 2016 to August 2022 as a Process Control Engineer, where skills were utilized to develop software within an existing infrastructure and create new .NET enterprise applications.
