Mary Moss

Mary Moss currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at CTS, where responsibilities include acting as an outsourced CIO for clients, analyzing technical environments, and developing long-term IT roadmaps and budgets aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Mary held the role of Senior Client Manager, focusing on technology budget planning and financial strategies for clients, and also worked as a Client Manager to implement technology solutions in educational settings. Before joining CTS, Mary was the Director of Operations at ACE Innovative Networks, where oversight of client success and management of a customer service team was paramount. Mary's earlier positions included Service and Project Manager and Technical Support and Customer Service Representative. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baruch College and has additional educational experience from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
