Matthew Silva

Matthew Silva is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Project Associate at Charter Technology Solutions since June 2021. In this role, Matthew collaborates with IT Project Engineers and Managers to execute school network installations and device configurations, leveraging MDM services for efficient application deployment. Previously, Matthew completed a Cloud Computing Traineeship at NPower, gaining knowledge in AWS services and preparing for certification exams. Prior experience includes working as an IT Technician for the NYC Department of Education, where Matthew provided technical support to educators throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
