Melissa Desrochers has a strong background in the healthcare and IT industries. Melissa began their career as a Software Analyst at MEDITECH in 2004 before moving on to GE Healthcare as a Senior Systems Analyst in 2006. In 2008, they joined Milton Hospital as a Systems Analyst II, where they supported and implemented various clinical software applications. Most recently, Melissa has worked at CharterCARE Health Partners, starting as a Senior Systems Analyst in 2011. Melissa then progressed to roles such as Lead Application Architect, Application Supervisor, and currently serves as the Director of IT. In their previous roles, Melissa was responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting Meaningful Use initiatives and participating in multidisciplinary groups and committees to improve services.
