Raji Philips Itil®V3

Raji Philips has extensive experience in ITIL®v3. They started their career at Dell as a Financial Services Customer Support from April 2004 to May 2005. They then joined Infosys (British Telecom) as a Production and Backup Support from May 2005 to October 2007, and later transitioned to become a Service Desk Team Leader – E2E Environment Management from October 2007 to July 2010. Raji then worked at Cura Technical Limited as an IT Technical Support Analyst from June 2010 to June 2014. After that, they joined SATO Europe as a Sato Europe IT Analyst from August 2014 to September 2021. Currently, Raji holds the position of IT Manager at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since September 2021, and will be promoted to Head of IT from August 2023.

Raji Philips ITIL®v3 holds a Masters in Computer Application from Bangalore University.
