Joanna Jaworska

Joanna Jaworska is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Service Monitoring Specialist at Samsung Electronics Polska since March 2024, and as the owner of BIG WORDS since January 2014, where Joanna provides tailored English teaching services and translation for corporate clients. With a diverse background, Joanna has conducted research for SIGWATCH since October 2011, focusing on NGO tracking and reporting, and has served as an Examiner for the Chartered Institute of Linguists since April 2003. Previous roles include a Resource Planner at Monterail from March 2022 to February 2024 and varied positions in administration, marketing, web content editing, and recruitment in earlier years. Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw and a Diploma in Translation from the University of Westminster.
