Elaine Floodgate

Elaine Floodgate has extensive experience in risk, quality, corporate governance, and compliance. Elaine held positions such as Risk and Compliance Director at the Chartered Insurance Institute, Risk, Quality & Corporate Governance Director at Millbrook Healthcare, and Director Governance & Risk at Catch22. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong management skills, including overseeing internal audit, data protection, health & safety, business continuity, and performance management. Elaine also has experience with strategic planning, service management, and outreach work within various organizations such as London Excellence, PACT, and Church Army.

Elaine Floodgate attended Bexley Technical High School from 1979 to 1986. In 2015, they obtained a Practitioner - Data Protection certification from PDP.
