Kate McLeod

Kate McLeod is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both the financial and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Governor at the Charterhouse since July 2019, Kate has held significant leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Revitalise Respite Holidays and Chair of Thrive Homes UK. With a strong background in financial management, Kate was Chief Financial Officer at Mencap, overseeing a £190 million annual turnover, and previously held executive positions at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Kate's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCL, an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, and an MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School.
