Charles Williams has a varied work experience, beginning in 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Tennis Coach at the Mercer Island Country Club, where they scheduled and conducted private tennis lessons, created and implemented lesson plans for group sessions. Charles also worked as a Research Assistant at Connecticut College, where they recorded elevation data points from an indoor river system, collected and inputted data to find patterns, and surveyed geomorphological features of the Narraguagas River. In 2020, they worked at Recology as a Customer Service Lead, where they trained and supervised the customer service team, enabled the team to work independently while maintaining their daily call quotas, designed and implemented a training plan for new hires, and lead the onboarding process. Charles also worked as a Customer Service Specialist, where they maintained consistent client communication with major partner accounts, addressed the needs of 50-100 customers each day by finding innovative solutions to assist clients with issues regarding waste collection and account maintenance, and negotiated sales for temporary dumpster services in the greater Seattle area. Currently, Charles is working at CharterUP as a Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator, and at Cascadia Consulting Group as an On-Call Field Worker.
