Rebecca Stice has held various positions over the past 12 years. In 2009, they were a Resident Assistant at Western Kentucky University. Rebecca then held two roles at the same university in 2011, as a Peer Advisor and Alumni Association Intern. From 2012 to 2017, they were an Assistant Team Leader and Group Travel Consultant at GOGO Worldwide Vacations. Rebecca then worked as a Transcriptionist at TPG FINANCIAL from 2017 to 2018.
