Tate Blas has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. They began their career as an Employee at Xtreme Craze from August 2016 to September 2018. Following this, they worked as an Instructor & Counselor at CAMP EDMO from June 2018 to August 2019. In 2019, Tate joined Banana Republic as an Operations Support Manager and held this position until March 2022. In 2020, they had a brief stint as a Campaign and Project Management Intern at Activate Vote (formerly Flip the West) from September 2020 to October 2020. Most recently, Tate has been employed at CharterUP, where they have served as a Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator from March 2022 to September 2022, and currently as a Partner Success and Account Manager.

Tate Blas completed their high school education at Woodcreek High School from 2014 to 2018, earning a High School Diploma. They then pursued higher education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2018 to 2021, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in History.
