Ivori Johnson

Ivori Johnson is the current Head of Talent, DEI & Belonging at ChartHop. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Program Manager at Change Healthcare from June 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering the company's first employee inclusion programs, increasing diversity representation, and creating corporate social responsibility initiatives aligned to the company mission.

Ivori has also been responsible for recruiting prospective candidates to assess qualifications / capabilities and guiding candidates through the application process. They have also managed University recruitment efforts at 12 top STEM Colleges and Universities in the country, hiring 30 interns and recent graduates.

Most recently, Ivori has been focused on designing and implementing global compensation projects for their organization, focused on market pricing and process improvement. Additionally, they have created job descriptions across all levels by partnering with HR Business Partners to understand organization and roles.

Ivorie Johnson has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Hampton University. Ivori also has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management / Labor Relations from Penn State University. Ivori is certified in Human Resource Management from Hampton University.
