Shannon McDonald

Shannon McDonald currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Chartjoy since January 2021. Prior experience includes an MBA Summer Internship at DaVita Kidney Care in mid-2019 and a role as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at the University of Virginia Health System from August 2016 to October 2018, where the institution is recognized as a magnet certified, level I trauma center for adult and pediatric patients. Shannon also gained experience as a Nurse Extern at Bon Secours Health System in mid-2015 and as a Research Intern at the University of Virginia from 2014 to 2015. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia.
