Victor Salamone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kitchen and Rail since February 2021, Victor also founded and operates the company. As Executive Vice President of Operations and Revenue at MATTER ® since January 2015, Victor has contributed to health, food, and volunteerism initiatives, enhancing community impact through strategic partnerships and business practices. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations at Kaskaid Hospitality, and various leadership positions at Famous Dave's and Hilton Worldwide, where Victor managed operations, franchise development, and purchasing strategies, driving growth and operational excellence. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
