Anthony Roman has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Anthony started their career in 2002 as a Systems/Web Developer at HTECH Corporation, where they designed, developed and implemented internal systems and public websites for clients. In 2012, they joined Zendesk as a Customer Advocate, providing technical support via email and phone to customers from around the world. Anthony eventually rose to the role of Senior Advocate Manager, formulating strategies to continuously improve the quality of support, and streamlining processes to ensure a good experience for both advocates and customers. In 2018, Anthony moved to ChartMogul as a Senior Solutions Engineer, and later became Director of Solutions and Support and Senior Solutions Engineer Manager.
Anthony Roman attended De La Salle University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Anthony then went on to attend Ateneo Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
