Sarah Harvey has been working in the professional world since 2011. Sarah began their career at Capita as an HR Administrator. In 2012, they moved to Staffworks as an Administrative Assistant. From 2013 to 2018, Sarah worked at Microsoft in the roles of Consumer Services and Product Advisor. Since 2018, they have been employed at ChartMogul as a Technical Customer Advocate.

Sarah Harvey attended Queen's University Belfast from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Archaeology.
