Jennifer Towers

Jennifer Towers has worked in the quality management industry since 2006. Jennifer began their career at Donor Network of Arizona as a Lead Quality Department Coordinator, where they determined suitability of ocular tissue recovered for transplant and performed Quality Assurance review of donor records. In 2013, they moved to DCI Donor Services, Inc. as a Quality Manager, where they assisted with the execution of the DCIDS Quality Management System and quality and performance improvement initiatives. In 2016, they joined Maury Regional Health as a Quality Manager for the FQHC and MRMG, where they were responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Quality Improvement program. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ChartSpan Medical Technologies as the Director of Quality, where they leverage teams, data, and technology resources to support ChartSpan clients related quality reporting services.

Jennifer Towers attended Arizona State University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, General.
