Nic Erickson

Nic Erickson has over 13 years of experience in operations and analytics. Nic began their career in 2008 as an Operations Lead at IPOWER. In 2011, they joined Matrix Medical Network as an Operations Logistics Analyst and progressed to a Production Planning Specialist, Resource Planning and Analytics Manager. In 2016, they took on roles as an Operations and Analytics Consultant and Director of Service Operations/VP Call Center Operations for CareMore/Aspire at Anthem, Inc. Nic was responsible for implementing InContact call center software and call quality assurance application, developing processes and data integration requirements for outsourced call vendor, creating production plans, field staffing structures, and call center staffing plans, and assisting in standard development for scheduling process. In 2022, they were appointed as Vice President of Patient Enrollment and Clinical Operations at ChartSpan Medical Technologies.

Nic Erickson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
