Kim Gilliard

Kim Gilliard has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Labour Relations at Chartwell Retirement Residences since June 2014, after previously holding the position of Vice President in the same field. Prior to that, Kim held various leadership roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Director of Global Ethics & Compliance and Regional Director of Human Resources for Canada. Earlier experience includes the Director of Human Resources role at Bell Canada for a brief period in 2009, and Regional Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Region at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from 2003 to 2009. Kim's career commenced with a Director of Human Resources position at Bridgestone/Firestone Canada Inc. from 2001 to 2003.
