Joseph Ybarra

Joseph Ybarra is a skilled financial analyst currently working at Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. since June 2022, following a financial analyst internship during summer 2022. Previously, Joseph served as a U.S. Equities Analyst at Janes Financial Center Residency from February 2022 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $3.5M portion of the endowment fund, presenting reports to the board of trustees, and developing investment portfolios for the CFAOC society while competing against other universities. Additionally, Joseph has demonstrated leadership as the President of Chapman Men’s Club Volleyball Team and as a coach for Club Volleyball/Private Lessons at United Volleyball Club. Joseph's early work experience includes roles as a restaurant cashier and lifeguard, along with volunteer work for the Boys Team Charity. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University, completed in May 2023.
