Lance Fruge

Lance Fruge possesses extensive experience in engineering and facilities management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Chief Engineer for Chartwell Hospitality since October 2013, Lance also holds the position of Chief Engineer at Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott from the same date. Previously, Lance functioned as Chief Engineer at Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inns & Suites from April 2014 to October 2015. Prior to these roles, Lance gained valuable experience as Assistant Chief Engineer at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from September 2012 to July 2013 and worked as a Sheet Metal Journeyman at DAMON-MARCUS COMPANY and Walker J Walker between 2000 and 2011.
