Phoka Taole

Phoka Taole has extensive experience in web development, with a career spanning over 13 years. They started their journey as a New Media Co-ordinator at Greenpeace Africa in 2009 and later worked as a Web Developer at Lathitha ICT in 2011. In 2014, they joined Yonder Media as a Web Developer and continued in the same role at JA Marketing from 2016 to 2017. They then served as a Senior Web Developer at Studio 88 Group of Companies from 2017 to present. Additionally, they worked as the CEO of Galactic Communications from 2011 onwards. In 2020, they joined HEPSA as a Senior Web Developer and are currently employed as a Web Developer at RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech since December 2022.

Phoka Taole's education history begins in the year 2000 when they attended Kimberley Boys' High and studied mathematics until 2003. In 2006 to 2007, they obtained a certificate in Information Technology from Damelin. Moving forward, they attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a BSc in Computer Science. In 2018, Phoka Taole also acquired a certificate in Advanced Web Development from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Microsoft Office Training MCP certification in September 2013.
