James Jordan is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in hospitality and event management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Chartwells Universities since February 2023, James previously held the position of General Manager at RA Venues, overseeing the Bristol Zoo and Wild Place Project from February 2018 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager for Levy UK (with responsibilities at Harlequin FC) and General Manager at Levy Restaurants UK, where James managed events at the Capital FM Arena Nottingham. Earlier positions include Retail & New Business Manager at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff and Cellar & Operations Manager there. James holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and attended Ysgol Gyfun Aberaeron.
