Nick Chrisos, FMP, currently serves as General Manager at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services since May 2024. With extensive experience at Restaurant Associates since June 2001, Nick oversees significant operations in districts including the Amazon complex in NYC, Virginia, and Boston, managing multiple cafes and catering. Previous roles include General Manager for the Disney ABC complex in New York, where supervision encompassed seven buildings with multiple dining venues, and Director of Foodservice at organizations such as Pfizer, Citi Jersey City, and Grey Global Group, overseeing teams of union and salaried employees while managing substantial budgets. Nick holds an Associate’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Hudson County Community College.
