Carl Nowicki II

Carl Nowicki II has extensive experience in the food service and fitness industries, currently serving as Area Director at Chartwells School Dining Services K12 since May 2016, with previous roles including Operations Manager - West and Senior Director of Child Nutrition Services. Carl owned Elemental CrossFit from November 2015 to January 2020, acting as both owner and coach. Prior experience includes Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Benee's Inc. from October 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included managing sales activities and directing national key account managers. Carl began their career at Chartwells School Dining Services K12 as Food Service Director from August 2013 to October 2014. Educationally, Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science/Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Elementary Education from Mineral Area College.
