Luis A. Brik

Luis A. Brik has accumulated extensive experience in various roles related to food and nutrition services, operations, and management throughout their career. Starting as a Sr. Site Manager at Ikon Legal Document Services in 1998, they progressed to managerial positions such as General Manager at UNO Restaurants, LLC, Director of Operations at Frida Mexican Cuisine, and General Manager at Casa Del Q'ero Peruvian Cuisine. Luis then transitioned to district-level roles, serving as District Director of Operations at Vitality Energy Kitchen LLC and Multi-Site Director of Food Nutrition Services at CoreCivic. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Chartwells School Dining Services K12, taking on the additional responsibility of Account Transition Director.
