Carolyn Merten

Carolyn Merten has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, spanning over two decades. Most recently, Carolyn served as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at New Flyer of America from 1999 to 2011, following a role as Human Resource Director at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites from 1991 to 1999. Currently, Carolyn is blissfully retired after working at Bernick's since May 2012. Carolyn holds an Associate of Science degree in Human Resources from St. Cloud Technical College and graduated from St. Cloud Apollo High School.
