Sierra O’Kash

Sierra O’Kash is an experienced customer service professional currently working as a Customer Service Representative at Chas Roberts Air Conditioning, Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining customer interaction records and resolving over 800 inquiries weekly through phone and email. Prior to this role, Sierra was a Supervisor at Fired Pie from March 2017 to March 2021, managing customer service training programs and mentoring over 50 new employees in essential skills. Additionally, Sierra gained retail experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Zumiez, where flexibility and cash-handling expertise were recognized with multiple awards.
