Lindsey Brown, PHR has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lindsey started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Life Search Technologies in 2006. Later, they served as a Senior HR Generalist at XLHealth, where they provided generalist support for over 450 employees and managed various HR functions. In 2012, Lindsey joined UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Compensation Analyst, where they specialized in compensation analysis. Lindsey then moved on to Euler Hermes North America as an HR Business Partner, providing consultative support in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Currently, Lindsey is working at Chase Brexton Health Care as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they manage the HR team, oversees benefits administration, and leads various HR initiatives and projects. Lindsey is experienced in areas such as union negotiation, labor management, and collective bargaining. Lindsey's expertise also includes HRIS and talent management system administration and reporting.

Lindsey Brown, PHR, pursued their education at Towson University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology & Anthropology. Additionally, Lindsey obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2011.
