Dan Farrand

Dan Farrand has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Dan currently works at Imagen Technologies as the Head of Clinical Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they were an Executive Recruiter at the same company.

Before joining Imagen Technologies, Dan worked at Bridgewater Associates for several years in various roles. Dan was the Talent Acquisition Lead for Technology, Finance, and Business Operations, where they successfully drove significant growth in the Machine Learning team and led hiring efforts in Platform Engineering and Technical Project Management. Dan also served as an Executive Talent Associate, managing the candidate lifecycle for C-suite positions and advising executives on offers. Additionally, Dan was responsible for campus recruiting for investment and management roles, as well as overseeing recruiting operations for research, portfolio management, trading, and client services.

Earlier in their career, Dan worked at Hearst as a sportswriter and editor.

Dan Farrand obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management, completing their education in 2006.
