Chad A. Mcdaniel

Chad A. Mcdaniel is currently the Director at Chase Corp. Prior to their current position, they were the Associate General Counsel at Sikorsky Aircraft from March 2012 to May 2013. In this role, they served as the chief legal officer for Sikorsky’s $4+ billion Operations organization. This included managing a legal team, handling negotiations and disputes with suppliers, and providing strategic advice to senior management.

From May 2010 to February 2012, Mcdaniel was the Executive Assistant to the President at UTC Fire & Security. In this role, they were responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the President of the company.

Before their time at UTC Fire & Security, Mcdaniel served as Assistant Counsel at Pratt & Whitney from August 2007 to July 2010. In this role, they provided legal support to the company in a variety of areas.

Chad A. McDaniel earned a JD with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a BS in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University.
