Viviana Cornejo

Viviana Cornejo has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Viviana currently works as a Quality Engineer at Chase Corporation since December 2022. Before that, they worked at Joyson Safety Systems, where they held the positions of Validation Engineer from July 2019 to October 2021, and Document Control Coordinator from October 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan, where they served as the Hispanic Outreach Services - Program Manager from January 2015 to November 2016, and as the Hispanic Outreach Services - Tutor Coordinator from October 2012 to December 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as managing day-to-day activities, accounting, hiring, grant-writing, community engagement, and program tracking and evaluation. Viviana also coordinated tutoring sites and recruited volunteers for students with ESL needs. Viviana Cornejo completed their education from 1983 to 1988 at Universidad de Lima, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences, specializing in Industrial Engineering. Following that, they pursued further education at Oakland University from 2000 to 2008, where they received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Information Systems.

In addition to their academic achievements, Viviana Cornejo has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they completed the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Internal Laboratory Auditor Workshop in Conformance with ISO 19011 from Eagle Group USA. In November 2018, they accomplished the IATF 16949:2016 Internal Quality Auditor certification, which also includes ISO 9001:2015, from QAI. Furthermore, in April 2017, they completed the "Managing Your Time" certification on LinkedIn.
