On a personal level, following a career in recruitment and executive search, I am now dedicated to clients that make a difference. Clients that solve a problem, ideally at a global level. This has evolved rapidly over recent years in Agriculture and AgTech to a focus across FoodTech.

The businesses I work with are innovating or solving sustainability and food crisis problems on a global scale. I'm not preventing food waste or developing alternative proteins personally, but I know someone who can!
